‘Renault Welcome Back Camp’ service initiative launched

Renault India has announced a nationwide after-sales service initiative called ‘Renault Welcome Back Camp’ that has commenced from 13th of July and will be running through 26th July 2020 at all authorized Renault dealerships in India to strengthen the brand’s commitment towards engaging after-sales service offered by the company. 

The Renault Welcome Back Camp is in-line with the Govt’s new stringent safety policies and as Renault dealerships have started resuming serving in a phased manner adhering to the new resumptions guidelines with stringent safety and hygiene measures being followed across all its touchpoints for customer and staff safety. 

As part of the initiative, Renault India is offering its customers a discount of up to 50% on select accessories, 10% attractive discount on select spare parts, 15% on labour charges, 5% on engine oil change and additional 5% discount on select parts & accessories for MYR registered customers. The brand has also offered a discount of 10% of ‘Renault Secure’, which covers Extended Warranty and Roadside Assistance as well as benefits of up to 50% on several value-added services.

The Renault Welcome Back Camp initiative is designed to not only provide a comprehensive check-up service but will also have several fun-filled activities for its customers with attractive assured gifts all while ensuring social distance measure and under the safety protocols in view of the pandemic. The brand’s service camps have attracted customers from all over the country and the brand claims to have received an overwhelming response from its customers for past such initiative which plays a crucial role in building the brand further in India. 

Renault India has more than 370 sales and 450 service touchpoints across the country that provides benchmark sales and service quality.

In other news, Renault India is gearing up to introduce its upcoming compact SUV based on the Nissan-Renault CMF-A+ (Common Module Family) platform in the Indian market. The new compact SUV is dubbed Kriger and is spotted testing on the Indian roads on more than one occasion. Upon launch, the Renault Kriger will rival the likes of the Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and Ford EcoSport.
