Powering the Triber is an Energy series 999cc, 3-cylinder, non-turbocharged petrol motor producing 72 PS of power @ 6250 RPM and 96 Nm of torque @ 3500 RPM. Renault currently only offers a 5-speed manual gearbox with the Triber and an AMT or CVT gearbox is expected soon.
