Renault has launched the Triber Easy-R AMT at the price starting INR 6.18 lakh ex-showroom, India. Renault has opened bookings for the Triber Easy-R AMT which can now be booked from the brand’s official website, on the My Renault app or at Renault authorized dealerships. The Renault Triber Easy-R AMT is available in three trim variants RXL, RXT and RXZ with more than 25 key features as standard equipment across all trims.
The brand revealed the Triber Easy-R AMT at the 15th edition of the Auto Expo 2020 and the B-segment car features projector headlamps with 3D inserts, triple edge chrome front grille, LED daytime running lights, mounted on the bumper, with black inserts and chrome embellishments, large Renault badging, silver skid plate, raised bonnet ridges, wheel arch claddings, alloy wheels, roof rails, door claddings, eagle beak split tail lamps etc.
On the inside, the Renault Triber Easy-R AMT features a dual-tone cabin with Twin AC with vents in 2nd and 3rd row, modular 7 seating arrangements, 8-inch touchscreen MediaNav Evolution infotainment system, flat-bottomed steering wheel, LED instruments console, cooled storage in the centre console, smart access key, push-button start-stop, contoured seats with textured upholstery and silver accents on the dashboard and interior door handles.
The Renault Triber boasts a high ground clearance of 183mm and is powered by a BS6 compliant 1.0-litre ‘Energy’ three-cylinder, petrol engine that produces 72 PS of power and is paired to an AMT gearbox that offers a balance between performance and fuel economy.
Renault has already sold 28,000 units of the Renault Triber in India and the company has also commenced export of the Renault Triber to South Africa and the SAARC region. Renault has also claimed a 7.9% growth with 88,869 units sold over the last calendar year including the Triber, Duster and Kwid. Renault has also exported more than 13,500 cars in 2019. The brand has expanded its network to more than 370 sales and 450 service touchpoints.
