In association with Marvel, Renault India have revealed the Kwid Super Hero Edition in India. Based on the top trim RXT (O), these cars based on the Marvel superheroes Iron Man & Captain America will be produced in limited numbers. While they will be on display at the Auto Expo this week, bookings are open exclusively on Amazon.in for INR 9,999.
The Renault Kwid Super Hero Edition is priced INR 29,900 higher than the standard RXT (O) variant.
Powering the car is a 1.0L, 3-cylinder, DOHC, 4-valve / cylinder petrol motor producing 68 PS of power @ 5500 RPM and 91 Nm of torque @ 4250 RPM matched to a 5-speed manual / AMT gearbox.
In terms of highlights on these Kwid Super Hero Edition cars, you get new body decals, new seat covers, new coloured accents on the inside and also a red coloured floor. Of course, the Kwid also comes with a 7″ segment-best touchscreen infotainment system.
The Kwid Captain America edition is available in a white shade with the iconic shield & suit theme while the Kwid Iron Man edition is available in a red shade with the popular arc reactor & armour theme. The Captain America has a Invincible badge slapped on it while the Iron Man edition shouts out Super Soldier.
