Renault had previously announced that it had organised over 400 free service camps in India this year and reached out to over 20,000 customers. The company has now revealed that it continued with this customer support programme and organised over 40 such free service camps in the month of November ’14.
The camps cater to all Renault products in India – Renault Pulse, Renault Scala, Renault Duster, Renault Fluence and Renault Koleos. Renault’s objective of organizing the free service camps is to ensure optimal performance of the cars.
Renault cars are manufactured in the manufacturing facility located in Oragadam, Chennai, with a capacity of 4,80,000 units per annum. Currently, Renault India also has a presence of more than 145 dealer outlets across the country.
