Renault has launched a segment first warranty offer for their entry level car, the Kwid. The new Renault Kwid is now available with 4 years or up to 1,00,000 km warranty. Also, customers will now be offered Road Side Assistance. This new package includes a standard warranty of 2 year or 50,000 km along with an extended warranty of 2 year / 50,000 km.

Renault Kwid has been a success story for the brand. With over 2.2 lakh units sold since launch, this became a popular choice for new age buyers in the budget hatchback segment. The Kwid is now available in a 800cc & 1,000cc engine options along with manual and AMT gearbox options. There’s also a snazzy Kwid Climber edition on sale.

The Kwid however is yet to get a mid-life makeover, and we expect it to happen soon.

Renault Secure is a new program where customers can get RSA & warranty packages are a better deal than before. This is available for all products including the Kwid, Lodgy, Duster & Captur.

Renault’s latest car, the Captur however is not doing well. People understood that it was a Duster under a glamorous skin, and the pricing at which it is being offered is making things a bit difficult. The Captur is now available across Renault showrooms at a hefty discount.
