Renault India announces Winter Camp, discount on accessories, parts & labour

Renault India has announced the commencement of ‘Renault Winter Camp’ a nationwide service initiative which has commenced from 23rd November 2020 and will run up to 29th November 2020. The after-sales service camp will be effective at all Renault Service touchpoints in India and aims to reinforce its relationship with its customers. 

The Renault Winter Camp focuses to keep the customer’s Renault car ready as the mercury drops and therefore the brand will be doing a comprehensive check-up of all Renault cars at its 475+ service touchpoints across the country. The service touchpoints are equipped with state-of-the-art tools and well-qualified service technicians. Renault India is also offering up to 50% discount on select accessories, 10% discount offers on select parts, 15% discount on labour charges and other value-added services, under the winter camp. The brand has also announced a 10% discount on ‘Renault Secure’ which covers Extended Warranty Enrolment and Road Side Assistance.

Furthermore, Renault India is also offering special discounts on a select brand of tyres, 5% discount when the engine oil is replaced and an additional 5% discount on select parts and accessories, only for MyRenault app registered users. The customers who visit Renault dealerships during the Renault Winter Camp also get a set of masks and perfume. The brand currently has a wide network of 415 sales and more than 475 service touchpoints in the country. Renault also has 200+ Workshop On Wheels locations which claim to have set new benchmarks for service and quality. 

In other news, Renault is gearing up to introduce the new B-SUV which has been christened ‘Kiger’. The brand also announced that the Kiger will be a world product which will be introduced in India and then to the international market. Renault has also revealed that the Kiger will be based on the CMFA+ which underpins the Triber MPV in the Indian market.

The Renault Kiger is expected to be launched in the first half of 2021.
