Renault Announces Unique ‘Rural Float’ Mobile Showroom

To make the Kiger a hit product, Renault India has launched the ‘Rural Float’ program. This initiative is aimed towards introducing the all-new Kiger to rural customers. Renault India made use of a fully functional mobile showroom which helped them engage with more than 23,000 customers. In terms of sales figures, the Kiger is selling in good numbers, and Renault aims to garner more sales. One of the main USPs of the compact-SUV is its ‘value-for-money proposition, which is one of the key factors in a price-sensitive market like India.

Renault Kiger Made Its Impression In More Than 233 Towns

This journey started from Haryana in the North and then went through Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Rajasthan’s. In total, the mobile showroom covered over 233 towns across 13 states, covering a total of 40,000 km. Over three months, Renault India also initiated over 2,700 test drives. Thus, giving the customers a first-hand experience of the Kiger via this initiative. This one of its marketing strategy by Renault India will aim to boost the sales of Kiger, especially in the rural areas, which has a lot of potential. Along with the Kiger, Renault also displayed the Kwid and Triber.

Thus, Renault has confirmed that it is widening its over 500 current dealership and service touchpoints in India. This also includes 200+ Workshop On Wheels. Recently, Renault had announced Triber’s global NCAP crash test, and the MPV scored four stars out of a maximum 5. This is excellent news, and it will impact the sales as the current market appreciates a high global NCAP rating as one of the critical factors before buying a new car.
