Renault India has announced its after-sales service camp ‘Renault Winter Camp’, a nationwide initiative of providing after-sales service to its existing customers. This initiative of Renault India is to enhance satisfaction of customer ownership and highlight their commitment of providing top notch after sales services to their existing customers.
All about Renault Winter Camp:
This camp will be held in all Renault service centers from November 18, 2024 to November 24, 2024. ‘Renault Winter Camp’ will offer 44-point check ups, which will be done by their expert technicians. These 44-point check ups will include checks and service of battery health, power steering fluid, Left and Right indicators and hazard lights, brake fluid reservoir, engine air filter and AC or a cabin filter, and coolant recovery reservoir and level. This scheme will also have a complimentary car wash.
Discount offered under Renault Winter Camp:
Under this winter camp, up to 15% discount will be given to the customers on selective parts and accessories, labor charges and VAS (Value Added Services); 10% discount will be given on engine oil change, extended warranty and RSA (Road-Side Assistance) retail program. Also, the customers will get free giveaways. Customers who are registered on Renault’s official app ‘MY Renault’ will also get an extra 5% discount on select parts and accessories.
Also with these discounts, fun activities along with assured gifts, are also arranged by Renault India for the customers visiting their service center.
All after-sales initiatives by Renault India:
Renault India has conducted many after sales service initiatives in the past as well for their customers to ensure that even after the purchase is done, they still get ownership satisfaction and a sense of belonging into Renault India’s family.
