Renault India has announced exclusive offers across its range of cars for public sector employees, central & state government employees, including doctors & teachers. These special offers are in-line with the festive season and include special discounts worth unto INR 22,000 adding to the attractive festive offers that have already been rolled out, with benefits of unto INR 70,000 on the Duster, INR 40,000 on the Kwid and INR 30,000 on the Triber.
The brand has also announced that it is offering a wide range of products for Defence (CSD) and Police (CPC) servicemen, through respective canteen stores across the country. The schemes are also in-line with the leave travel concession (LTC) cash voucher, rolled out by the Government of India, for the Government employees. Furthermore, the brand also announced attractive finance schemes the includes a special rate of interest at 3.99% on the Kwid and Triber. Renault has also launched loyalty benefits of INR 20,000 and an easy-care package of 3 years or 50,000 km, on the new Duster 1.3L Turbo.
Recently, Renault launched the Kwid Neotech edition is offered in two paint options – Zanskar Blue body with Silver roof and Silver body with Zanskar Blue roof. The limited-edition special model is available in the 0.8-litre Manual Transmission, 1.0-litre Manual Transmission and 1.0-litre Automated Manual Transmission variants. The limited-edition Kwid Neotech edition is INR 30,000 more expensive than its respective corresponding trim.
The Renault Kwid is powered by a BS6 compliant 0.8-litre three-cylinder engine that produces 54 PS of power and a 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine that produces 68 PS of power and 98 Nm of torque matched to a 5-speed manual and AMT automatic gearbox. On the other hand, the Duster BS6 emission compliant 1.3-litre Turbo-Petrol unit is an advanced, high-power, Turbocharged Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) Dual Variable Valve Timing (VVT), BS6 compliant engine that offers best-in-class power of 156PS and 254 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed manual transmission and an X-Tronic 7-step CVT gearbox.
