Porsche launches Panamera 4 ’10 Years Edition’ in India at INR 1.60 Crore

Porsche has launched the 4-door sports touring saloon car Panamera 4 ‘10’, the 10th-anniversary edition of the luxury sports car in India at the price starting INR 1.60 Crore ex-showroom, India. The Porsche Panamera 10 Years Edition is based on the standard Panamera 4 and its iterations but gets exclusive equipment that differentiates it from the standard. 

The Panamera 4 ‘10’ features 21-inch Panamera Sport Design alloy wheels finished in satin-gloss White Gold Metallic, special ‘Panamera 10’ badging on the lower part of the front door and Panamera 10 inscribed door sills also in White Gold Metallic. The 10th Anniversary styling features can also be found on the interior of the vehicle such as the black partial leather interior with decorative stitching in White Gold. 

Apart from exclusive styling features the Panamera 10 also gets additional extras as standard, which include LED matrix headlights with 109 LEDs and Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), soft-close doors, privacy glass, panoramic roof system, Bose Sound System, digital radio, heated 14-way comfort seats with Porsche crest on the head restraints and safety features such as Park Assist with reversing camera, Lane Keeping Assist with traffic sign recognition and Lane Change Assist as a standard part of the pack.

The Porsche Panamera 4 10 is powered by a 2.9-litre Bi-turbo engine that makes 330 PS of power and can be ordered with a powerful electric motor with a 100 kW/136 PS electric motor on the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Sport Turismo that delivers a combined output of 462 PS of power. The Panamera 10 Years Edition features an adaptive three-chamber air suspension including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Power Steering Plus as standard.

The German luxury sports car manufacturer introduced the first generation Panamera with the internal designation ‘G1’ to the public on 19 April 2009 in Shanghai and the brand has since then delivered over 250,000 units so far. In October of 2019, Porsche introduced the 10th Anniversary edition of the Porsche Panamera commemorating 10 years of success dubbed ‘Panamera 10’. The Panamera 10 was available in the international market in forms of Panamera 4, Panamera 4 Sport Tourismo and electrified variants such as Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Sport Tourismo.
