Porsche on ‘Mission E’

To compete the all electric Tesla S which has already earned a lot of name & fame in the ‘Electric Car’ segment, Porsche board of directors have officially announced the development of their new ‘Mission E’ project.

With an combined system output of 600 BHP and 0-100 kmph in 3.5 seconds with a range of 482 kms, Porsche claimed and showcased the car earlier at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Also rumored is development of an 800 Volts charger that would be mounted under the floor of the lithium-ion batteries, charging 80% in just a quick span of 15 minutes.

The new Porsche Mission E fully electric sedan is scheduled to debut by the end of the decade.
