One Moto manufacturing plant coming up in Telangana

Emerging electric two-wheeler manufacturer, One Moto has announced that the brand is currently in talks with the Telangana government to establish a manufacturing plant in Telangana. The talks are said to be in advanced stages, and operations are likely to commence soon. The brand also revealed that it is actualizing a Battery Charging/Swapping network across cities.

The charging network will provide ease of charging for commuters and lead to a smooth riding experience. One Moto also reveals that its EV’s are tested for the most stringent safety measures, performance indicators and speed tests to ensure all quality procedures are in place. The brand also announced that it is in conversation with multiple state governments for opportunities to expand its sustainability profile.

One Moto India Bookings

One Moto has announced that the enquiries have been flowing in, and the team has been overwhelmed with bookings. According to the brand, dealerships and investors are also keen to associate themselves with the EV brand. The brand also recently introduced that it will be soon launching its Experiences Hub launches in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mangalore and Mumbai. One Moto claims that One Moto offers unique features such as Apps integrated with the vehicle providing Real-Time updates, High performance per charge, Speed, Unique Colors etc. This has led to the differentiation between One Moto and other rival brands such as Ather, Ola and Simple energy.

One Moto Electa

The brand in November 2021, One Moto launched the Commuta and Byka electric scooters with an asking price of INR 1.30 lakh ex-showroom and INR 1.80 lakh ex-showroom, respectively. The scooters come with a 72V and 45A detachable lithium-ion battery and can be charged fully in under 4 hours. The brand is also offering a three-year warranty on the motor, battery and controller. The scooters also claim to have a top speed of 100 kmph and a range of 150 kmph.
