Ola has released a teaser video of its upcoming products. The electric two-wheeler maker is currently offering only scooter, but the teaser video revealed five motorbikes. All of these were of different categories like cafe racer, cruiser, scrambler, naked and an adventure bike.
Ola Motorcycles : More details
The teaser video is pretty short and doesn’t reveal all the details of the bike. However, we can make out some details. It appears that all these bikes are currently in the concept stage. The LED DRLS lights of the bikes can be seen in the teaser.
It seems that Ola will target the mass market segment for the electric motorcycles as well. This could mean that prices could range from INR 85,000 to INR 1,25,000. The first of these motorbikes will be coming up later this year. Ola could also position one of the bikes for the premium segment.
2023 Ola S1 Air and S1 launch
In other news Ola announced two new models of scooters. These include two versions of the S1 Air and two versions of the S1. The Ola S1 Air range now starts from INR 84,999. There are now three different battery options on the S1 Air. These include 2 kWh, 3 kWh and 4 kWh battery packages which offer a range of 85 km, 125 km and 165 km respectively.
Ola Electric has offered two versions in the S1 range of scooters as well. Customers will be offered a choice of 2 kWh or a 3 kWh battery sizes. The former will give the scooter a range of 91 km, while the latter comes with a claimed range of 141 km.
Coming to the top-end scooter, the S1 Pro continues to come with an 8.5 kW motor and a 4 kWh battery pack. The maximum claimed range is 181 km while the top speed is 116 km/h.
