Ola Roadster X Delhi deliveries commence – Details

Ola Roadster X

Ola showcased the Roadster X, its first electric motorcycle, at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 earlier this year. It is an affordable yet advanced e-bike, which focuses on the commuter category needs.

Draped in a simplistic design, the Roadster X is available in four battery packs: 2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, 4.5 kWh, and 9.1 kWh. The top-spec 9.1 kWh battery pack option is called Roadster X+.

The official deliveries of the Roadster X began from Bengaluru a few days ago, and now Delhi customers will start receiving their booked units. Additionally, for the first 5,000 customers, Ola is offering a special offer of Rs 10,000 that includes a free extended warranty, Move OS+, and an Essential Care package.

Speaking of the features, the Roadster X is loaded with all the advanced bells and whistles like the TFT console, LED lights, Bluetooth connectivity, Geofencing, regen modes, reverse gear, and more. Additionally, it is the first bike in the segment to offer ride-by-wire, a single-channel ABS, and cruise control.

The price details of the Roadster X variants are as follows:

  • 2.5 kWh – Rs 99,999
  • 3.5 kWh – Rs 1,09,999
  • 4.5 kWh – Rs 1,24,999

Meanwhile, the Roadster X+ variant’s price details are as follows:

  • 4.5 kWh – Rs 1,29,999
  • 9.1 kWh – Rs 1,99,999

Our verdict

The new Roadster X electric motorcycle promises to offer quite a lot at an affordable price tag. It has long-range, it is loaded with advanced features, and it has sorted ergonomics for a comfortable city riding experience. However, the brand itself is struggling with continuous losses and customer complaints that seem to be going nowhere as of now.
