Nissan is going to get offensive in the SUV segment here in India. The brand is all set to launch the Kicks SUV in January 2019, and is preparing to begin the pre-launch campaigns for this SUV which will rival the likes of Hyundai Creta. But, the brand is also planning to bring in the bigger Pathfinder SUV.
The Pathfinder SUV will be brought to India as CBU. This import will be a rival to the likes of Honda CR-V, Hyundai Santa Fe, and the likes. Positioned as a urban SUV, the Pathfinder is already quite popular in markets abroad.
The Pathfinder is offered in 2WD & 4WD variants. Abroad, the Pathfinder runs with a 3.5L, V6 motor producing 284 HP of power and 259 lb-ft of torque matched to an XTRONIC CVT gearbox.
