Hyundai has given its popular model, Verna; an update and new features have come into addition along with new variants.
Hyundai Verna Features:
There are now two new, more reasonably priced automatic variants of the Hyundai Verna: the S(O) Turbo-petrol DCT and the S Petrol CVT. With features like a single-pane sunroof, a rear parking camera with dynamic guidance, a wireless phone charger, auto air conditioning, and an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, the former is positioned beneath the SX turbo-petrol DCT type. Note that 16-inch alloy wheels with red brake callipers and blacked-out detailing are another feature of its exterior.
The S variant of the Verna, which was earlier limited to manual, now gets the option of a CVT automatic gearbox. Both S MT and S CVT variants now also get a single-pane sunroof. The S CVT also gets paddle shifters and multi-drive modes.
Hyundai Verna Price:
The following are the 2025 Hyundai Verna’s ex-showroom prices: The 1.5L MPi Petrol S MT and 1.5L MPi Petrol S iVT models are priced at INR 12,37,400 and INR 13,62,400, respectively. With a more potent engine, the 1.5L Turbo GDi Petrol S(O) DCT costs INR 15,26,900.
Hyundai Verna Engine:
The Hyundai Verna offers a choice of two engine options to cater to different driving preferences. The first is a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 115 PS of power and 144 Nm of torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission (MT) or a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The second option is a more powerful 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, delivering 160 PS of power and a substantial 253 Nm of torque, available with a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT). Both engine variants provide a balanced combination of performance and efficiency, making the Verna a versatile choice for a wide range of drivers.
