KTM is introducing new colourways on its popular super sport series motorcycles the RC 390, the RC 200 as well as the RC 125. The top-spec, mid-sec and entry-level motorcycles will get two new colours and graphics, each. For 2024, KTM is only updating the colours of its “Race Competition” range without any other mechanical changes.
MY24 KTM RC 390, RC 200, RC 125 – New Colours
KTM reveals that the new colours on the RC 390, RC 200 and the RC 125 motorcycles draw inspiration from its past prototypes. The colour ways are also reminiscent of the current Factory Racing colour combinations. In addition to this, KTM also revealed that the new colours emulate the ultra-focused KTM RC 8C, KTM 1390 Super Duke R, as well as the KTM’s Grand Prix racing team.
The top-spec KTM RC 390 receives two new colour themes – Orange-on-Blue and Orange-on-Black. The mid-spec RC 200 also comes with two new colours – Blue-and-Orange and a Black-and-White. The colourway is reminiscent of the KTM RC 8C livery. The motorcycle also gets a black frame and orange subframe. the entry-level KTM RC 125 now features an all-new Black-and-Orange and Blue-and-Orange colour themes. The bike also comes with gloss black wheels and frames and a dark-tinted screen.
MY24 KTM RC 390, RC 200, RC 125 – Technical Specifications
The technical specifications of all three motorcycles remains unchanged. Powering the 2024 KTM RC 390 is the same 373cc liquid-cooled single cylinder DOHC engine. The engine produces 43 Hp of power and 37 Nm of torque and comes with a 6-speed gearbox.
The RC 200 comes with a 200cc single-cylinder liquid-cool engine producing 25 Hp of power and 19 Nm of torque. KTM offers a 6-speed gearbox on the motorcycle. The KTM RC 125 comes with a 125cc single-cylinder engine with liquid-cooling delivering 14.75 Hp of power, 12 Nm of torque and a 6-speed gearbox.
The chassis, suspension and electronics also remains the same for all three super sport motorcycles. KTM is likely to introduce the new colour updates to the RC motorcycle range in India as well, in the coming months.
