MY23 Toyota Innova Crysta gets more variants in India

Toyota recently reintroduced the Innova Crysta. And now, the carmaker has now announced pricing for the top-spec trims of the three-row SUV Crysta. Thus now we have the pricing of the entire range. The Innova Crysta is available in a total of four variants, namely, G, GX, VX and ZX.

Toyota Innova Crysta Price Details

Until now, Toyota had revealed prices for the GX trim of the Innova Crysta, which started at INR 19.99 lakh. Now, the carmaker has revealed the pricing for the VX and ZX trims for both fleet and private buyers. Thus, the prices for the Innova Crysta VX 7-seater start at INR 23.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, the 8-seat variant retails with a price tag of INR 23.84 lakh (ex-showroom). Interestingly, Toyota has kept the prices for fleet and private buyers identical. The top-spec Innova Crysta ZX costs INR 25.43 lakh but this is available strictly for private buyers. This trim is available only with a seven-seat layout.

Changes With The Reintroduced Model

As for the new additions in this reintroduced model, there’s not much to talk about. The slightly noticeable change includes a refreshed nose. Apart from this, there are no visible changes, albeit in the features list.

Toyota Innova Crysta Powertrain Details

The Innova Crysta now gets a sole 2.4-litre diesel engine. This is available with a 5-speed manual gearbox only. This engine makes 150 HP and 343 Nm of peak torque. Customers interested in buying a petrol or a petrol-hybrid MPV from Toyota will have to look at the newer Innova Hycross.

Toyota Innova Crysta Key Features And Safety Kit

Talking of the features, the top-spec Innova Crysta is loaded to the gills. The highlighting features include powered driver’s seat, leather seats, multi-zone climate control, picnic tables for the second row, ambient lighting and one-touch tumble for the second row. The SUV also benefits from an 8-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. As for safety features, we get front and rear parking sensors, seven airbags, electronic stability control and hill-start assist. All trims of the Innova Crysta now come equipped with three-point seatbelts as standard for all passengers.
