MINI India has introduced the online MINI Online Shop, a digital sales channel for MINI cars which can be easily accessed by visiting MINI’s dedicated website online. Through the MINI Online Store, customers can explore the entire MINI Range, configure a MINI of their choice, locate the nearest MINI dealer, request for a test drive or quotation, calculate EMI as well as book their favourite MINI at the click of a button.
The MINI Online Shop also offers Trade-in options on an existing car. Customers can also log in and view their configuration and purchase history at any point and make secure payments via the available payment options. Every MINI is also put through a complete sanitisation process and only then delivered to the customer’s doorstep as per agreed timelines.
Customers visiting the MINI India website can also click the ‘Buy a MINI’ option which redirects the user to the MINI Online Shop or configure their MINI on the main website, post which they will be directed to the MINI Online Shop. Customers will also receive E-Mail and SMS notifications at key stages of their journey on the MINI Online Shop.
In other news, BMW also announced that the brand has gone contactless by creating an online sales and service platform. BMW India launched the online sales platform for its new as well as pre-owned cars.
The contactless system has been initiated in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, to protect BMW & MINI customers as well as their staff by encouraging online sales. With the new online platform, BMW customers can personalise their preferred BMW and have their queries on the product, services and also the financial options.
In the recent past, BMW India also launched the first-ever BMW Urban Retail Store with KUN Exclusive in Hyderabad, Telangana. The new-age interactive space is a Phygital environment that combines physical reality with digital experience. The BMW Urban Retail Store consists of a showroom with BMW and MINI lifestyle apparel and car accessories along with a café.
