What Is Premier Express Prime?
As per Mercedes-Benz, this is an industry-first after-sales initiative that helps customers save precious time. Under this, the carmaker ensures customer vehicles are at their disposal in the shortest possible time frame. With the use of PEP, customers can get their vehicle serviced in less than 3 hours. Interestingly, if the service is not completed within the stipulated time, the Mercedes-Benz Franchise Partner will offer it complementary to the customer. There’s a dedicated team for ‘Premier Express Prime’ comprising one Team Leader and two Certified Maintenance Technicians to ensure a quick servicing turnaround.
Key Highlights Of PEP
Under the ‘Premier Express Prime’, customers can avail of periodic maintenance services. Alongside this, they can also avail of need-based replacement parts like Brake discs/ pads, fuel filters, etc. The services excluded a part of this are major repairs, warranty jobs, or servicing of high-performance AMG models. Customers can also avail of this service from their homes with Mercedes-Benz Digital Service Drive Next (DSD Nxt) digital solutions. Fast Lane Body and Paint Repairs cover insurance processes, specific accidental damages on vehicles fixed in as few as three days or earlier.
