Mercedes-Benz India has launched new customer-centric offerings that further strengthens the brand’s commitment towards customer service by offering seamless ownership experience services such as ‘DSDNxt (Digital Service Drive Next)’ and ‘Pay at your convenience’.

The DSDNxt Digital Service Drive Next is a new digital service initiative to enhance the customer’s ownership experience through safe digital service that offers its customers to view all the service updates online using the Vehicle Digital Reception System (vDRS) that allows customers to stay connected while their Mercedes-Benz is being serviced.

The system provides access to multiple information services through a link called ‘Service Web Check-In Pass’. The customer’s using this link can access information about the appointment – Date and Time, Pick-up and Drop as well as information about the service consultants/executive’s name, contact number and photo.

The customers can also select the preferred pick-up and drop location, customer lounge access, track the car in real-time during pick-up and drop, the car’s real-time service status updates, get access to service documents, estimate, invoice and online bill payment service. The service updates are also sent to the customer’s WhatsApp, as a new communication platform.

Through DSDNxt Digital Service Drive Next, the customer’s visit to the Mercedes-Benz workshop will be auto-detected and customers will be welcomed with a personalised message at the service facility and an intimation will be provided to the entire Mercedes-Benz service staff about the customer.

Mercedes-Benz India has also rolled-out an industry-first ‘service bill finance’ to ensure ease of payment to the customers available with credit cards of more than 13 banks which allows Credit Card EMI option for a tenure of up to 12 months, zero-cost EMI option for 3 months and one swipe EMI easy payment option for both preventive maintenance and general repairs.
