Mercedes-Benz has just launched the drop top version of the C-Class facelift in India. The two-door C-Class Cabriolet has been priced at INR 65.25 lakh ex-showroom and is available only in a single C 300 variant. This car is also BSVI compliant.
Powering the C 300 Cabriolet is a 2.0L, 4-cylinder, BSVI compliant petrol motor producing 258 HP of power @ 5800-6100 RPM and 370 Nm of torque @ 1800-4000 RPM matched to a 9G-TRONIC automatic gearbox. The brand claims that this car can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 6.2 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kmph.
This new C-Class Cabriolet has 10 kW higher power compared to the older version. Feature changes include multibeam headlamps, new alloy wheel design, new steering wheel, new NTG 5.5 telematics, 10.25″ infotainment display, 64 colour ambient lighting, Walnut wood trim, new body colours, and most important, reduced aerodynamic drag which also results in fuel saving.
Mercedes-Benz is also offering a ownership package for this C300 Cabriolet starting at INR 67,000 for 2 years.
