Supercar manufacturer McLaren is all set to open its first Indian dealership in October this year. Last year the carmaker confirmed its entry into the Indian market. Furthermore, we understand that McLaren has partnered with the Mumbai-based Infinity Group to open its dealerships in the country. Mumbai will house McLaren’s first dealership in India and making it the 41st global market for McLaren. Interestingly, Infinity Cars has already delivered some McLarens in India ahead of the opening of the dealership in Mumbai.
McLaren In India – A Promising Tale
McLaren revealed prices for a majority of its range in June last year. The carmaker has confirmed that they will bring Artura to India very soon. But for the Artura hybrid, the company, at this point in time, has not yet revealed prices. Being a globally renowned supercar manufacturer, the arrival of McLaren in India is great news. The company seems quite excited about its journey in India. McLaren aims to provide customers with an immersive retail experience centre that also paves the way to engage with the supercar brand.
McLaren’s Range In India
The new McLaren dealership is set to open in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi area. Here the Infinity Group already has a Lamborghini showroom with after-sales service managed by a centre located in Turbhe. The McLaren range for India includes the McLaren GT, 720S Coupe and 720S Spider. India remains an important market where McLaren can flourish. Supercars are not a rare sight these days, especially in metro cities. The choice of opening the first dealership in Mumbai makes sense, given the massive supercars scenes in Bollywood city. Mumbai city has been a hub of a lot of car fans, and now McLaren, with its supercars, is all set to add more spice to the excitement.
