Maruti Suzuki has announced a new service package called CCP. CCP stands for Customer Convenience Package. The brand jas announced that the new Customer Convenience Package would cover customer vehicles for unforeseen failures in the engine. This includes engine failure due to hydrostatic lock and fuel adulteration.

The CCP initiative is aimed to further strengthen the brand’s after-sales service connect with its customers. Maruti Suzuki reveals that customers do not want to take risks when it comes to their cars and believes in being prepared for any eventuality regarding their vehicle. In addition to this, customers are also looking for assurance and convenience of service from the manufacturers for the upkeep of their cars. The brand reveals that CCP is there precisely aimed to offer assurance to customers in case of unwarranted and unforeseen failures faced by the vehicle’s engine. The company also reveals that customers will be able to purchase CCP from all Maruti Suzuki dealerships across the country.

Maruti Suzuki’s Service Efforts in India

Maruti Suzuki boasts that the brand has a “Customer First” philosophy with over 4,200 service touchpoints across more than 2,100 cities. The brand also reveals that it has introduced multiple innovative Service solutions. Maruti Suzuki is also offering ‘Quick Response Teams (QRT)’ for emergency support to customers stranded due to vehicle breakdown and the innovative ‘Service-on-Wheels’ platform.

The company also provides service at customer’s doorstep. Maruti Suzuki also offers 24×7 roadside assistance to customers through the Maruti Suzuki Rewards application. Recently, the Company also introduced 24×7 virtual assistance through the ‘S-Assist’ offering, where customers can scan/ click/ chat and get assistance.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno

Maruti Suzuki has recently launched the new-age Baleno in the Indian market. The brand announced that the bookings for the Baleno are now open through all NEXA dealerships as well as online sales channels. The company has put an ex-showroom price of INR 6.35 lakh ex-showroom. Interested customers can book the car by paying an amount of INR 11,000.
