At the Auto Expo 2020, Maruti Suzuki has just unveiled the all-new Vitara Brezza in the BS6 emission compliant petrol engine. The pre-launch bookings for the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza have also begun.
On the exterior, the new Vitara Brezza features a new bolder than before front fascia with integrated grille and LED daytime running lights. The new Vitara Brezza gets LED projector headlamps and DRL integrated turn indicator lamps. On the side, the car features 16-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels, claddings on the doors and semi squared-off wheel arches. The rear gets new LED taillights. In terms of its exterior dimensions, the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is 3995 mm in length, 1790 mm in width, 1640 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2500 mm.
The interiors of the Vitara Brezza features a 17.78-cm SmartPlay Studio audio and entertainment system with vehicle alerts, live traffic, navigation, etc. The infotainment system also integrates Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity features. Other features include automatic rain-sensing wipers, cruise control, techno-effect interior accents, leather-wrapped steering wheel, auto-retracting outside rearview mirror (ORVM), auto-dimming and antiglare inside rearview mirror (IRVM) and gear shift indicator etc.
The powerplant on the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is a 1.5-litre K Series BS6 emission compliant petrol motor that churns out 104.6 PS of power and 138 Nm of torque coupled to a 5 speed Manual and advanced Automatic Transmission (with Smart Hybrid).
The automatic transmission variant now comes with the next-generation Smart Hybrid system with a dual Lithium-ion battery as a standard feature which comes with idle start-stop, torque assist functions, brake energy regeneration and hill hold assist feature. Maruti Suzuki claims to have superior NVH characteristics, improved cooling performance and best-in-class fuel efficiency of 17.03 kmpl on the Manual Transmission variant.
In terms of safety, the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza gets dual front airbags, driver and co-driver seat belt reminder, ABS with EBD, high-speed warning alert, reverse parking sensors, rear parking assist as standard across all variants.
The new Vitara Brezza now comes in three dual-tone colour options – Sizzling Red with Midnight Black roof, Granite Grey with Autumn Orange roof and Torque Blue with Midnight Black roof.
