The SX4 S-Cross has been spied testing multiple times on Indian soil, this time, the interiors have been revealed.
Inside the SX4-Cross, things are similar to what we saw at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo. All-black dashboard with silver accents around the AC vents and around the centre console. Steering wheel is a three-spoke all-black unit and is similar to some of the Maruti cars available on sale. However, the steering missed out on audio and telephone controls. Instrument cluster had a blue backlit. Top section of the dashboard seems to have a glossy finish.
The person who clicked these pictures also reports that there was no automatic climate control, no engine start / stop button which makes us assume that this might be a lower end variant.
The SX4 S-Cross is expected to be powered by a 1.6L diesel motor mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The AWD AllGrip system will not be provided in India, to keep the costs low.
Pricing is expected to be noticeably higher compared to the Ford EcoSport.
