Maruti Suzuki India Limited today has inaugurated its 500th Nexa Service touchpoint. This service point is established at Goa, Mapusa.
Maruti Suzuki India’s first Nexa Service touchpoints:
The very first Nexa Point was inaugurated in the year 2017 in the month of July. And in the span of 8 years, there are 500 Nexa Service points all over the country. The company inaugurated in total number of 90 Nexa service touchpoints from the final year 2023 – 2024 and in the same financial year, 78 new Nexa service touchpoints have been added to date.
Facilities at Nexa Service touchpoint:
The service touchpoint has a workshop area along with a premium lounge. This premium lounge is equipped with a digital display and a dedicated service manager who will assist in the start-to-end process. Also, they have a mobile app from which you can get all the necessary information.
Mr Hisashi Takechi; Maruti Suzuki’s MD & CEO, dedicated the 500th Nexa service touchpoint to the customers and while doing so he said that Maruti Suzuki has a strong belief in the customer-first philosophy. They aim to constantly provide a premium car ownership experience and convenience to their customers.
He also added that the company plans to increase their annual production and sales and as a result, it will simultaneously increase the service network as well. They plan to extend their service network including Nexa and Arena service touchpoints from the current 5240 to 8000 by the financial year 2030-31.
Maruti Suzuki’s premium sales channel was introduced in 2015 with the aim of providing customers with a distinctive shopping experience. It provides an extensive selection of high-end vehicles, starting with the S-cross and progressing to the hatchback Baleno, Ignis, Ciaz, and most recently added the XL6.
