Maruti Suzuki India extends its service network to reach 4,500 touchpoints in the country. Over the years, Maruti Suzuki has earned customer trust and loyalty with its range of products and after-sales service. With over 4,500 service touchpoints across 2,271 cities, this reflects upon the trust customers have showcased towards the brand.
Recent Initiatives Taken Up By Maruti Suzuki
In FY 2022-23, Maruti Suzuki added 310 service touchpoints. This was the highest-ever in a financial year. Many of these service touchpoints came up in the non-urban markets. This is to serve customers even in the upcountry and remote locations.
Innovative Customer-Centric Offerings At Place
Maruti Suzuki has also added a slew of innovative formats for customer convenience. Some of the key features include seven-day-a-week and night service facilities at select workshops, Maruti Mobile Support, Doorstep Service Facility, specially designed ‘Service on Wheels’, and Quick Response Team. The aim is to provide the customers with flexibility of availing of services at their convenience. Furthermore, Maruti Suzuki also continues to add newer ways to connect with customers. The Company recently added the Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Point (MSSSP) initiative for rural markets. In urban areas, small workshops are now offering dry wash services in commercial locations that were established to help customers.
Maruti Suzuki Reveals The Official Pricing For Jimny
Maruti Suzuki brings in the official pricing for the Jimny. Putting an end to all speculation, the five-door Jimny compact off-roader pricing is now public. The prices for the Maruti Suzuki Jimny in India start at INR 12.74 lakh for the base-spec Zeta manual. The price goes as high as INR 15.05 lakh for the top-spec Alpha automatic (dual-tone). To put into context, the price of Mahindra Thar 4X2 starts at INR 10.54 lakh and the top-end diesel auto retails at INR 16.78 lakh, ex-showroom.
