Maruti Suzuki launches ‘Finance from Anywhere’

Written by Akhil Dalvi

Back in 2020, one of India’s highest-selling automakers, Maruti Suzuki, launched its Smart Finance platform for providing convenient car financing. However, the automaker has now launched an integrated campaign called “Finance from Anywhere” that amplifies the category-first offerings within the platform. Since its launch, Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance has disbursed INR 15,000+ crores worth of loans to 2.6 lakh+ customers. Maruti Suzuki aims to spread awareness about its Smart Finance platform via this newly-launched campaign throughout the country.

Benefits of the ‘Finance from Anywhere’ campaign

The automaker stated that its Smart Finance platform has disrupted the market thanks to the digital solution that empowers customers. Along with offering easy and convenient financing, the platform identified three major customer pain points during the car financing process. These points included the lack of proper information, lack of transparency, and lack of convenience amongst customers in India. Maruti Suzuki aims to enrich the customer experience by addressing these three core issues in an innovative and thoughtful manner.

With a new AI-driven, online, end-to-end financing campaign, the platform currently boasts the largest range of financiers for reimagining car finance. The automaker also claims that it’s broken free from conventional methods via its platform whereby customers can finance their vehicles. The new campaign aims to educate customers about the transparency, ease, and superior convenience of using the Smart Finance platform. With the help of several entities supporting the new campaign, Maruti Suzuki aims to cater to every customer profile.

Currently, Maruti Suzuki has 16 financiers on board for the all-new campaign with which it will fulfil the demands of customers. Maruti Suzuki will launch its multimedia campaign across TV and digital platforms with the aim of building awareness amongst customers. It also aims to highlight the convenience associated with Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance in an interesting manner across the country. The campaign will enable the amplification of collateral for the transformative benefit of conveniently financing Maruti Suzuki vehicles from anywhere.
