Maruti Suzuki introduces Mobile NEXA terminal

Maruti Suzuki’s premium retail network, Nexa has now gone mobile. The brand has launched a mobile Nexa Terminal which can reach out to potential buyers and provide the Nexa experience. The mobile Nexa Terminal is basically a dealership on wheels, through which the brand wishes to extend the Nexa dealership experience to customers across the country where Nexa outlets are currently not present.

The premium Nexa outlet sells the following car models:-

  • Ciaz
  • S-Cross
  • Baleno
  • Ignis

Out of which the most popular premium hatchback is the Maruti Suzuki Baleno. The car comes with a lot of features such as automatic climate control air-conditioning, push button start/stop, UV cut glass, tilt and telescopic steering,  steering mounted controls, electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs, etc.

The car also gets safety features like dual airbags, front disc brakes, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution, manual headlamp leveling, dual horn and immobiliser, etc. on the entry-level model and in addition to this, the top-end model gets pinch guard power windows, automatic on/off headlamps, reverse camera, defogger, auto dimming IRVM, front fog lamps and more.

The Baleno comes in a 1.2-litre, VVT 4-cylinder petrol engine producing 83 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque coupled to a 5-speed manual and an optional CVT gearbox. Another 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder, DualJet Smart Hybrid engine which produces 90 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. A third performance oriented model is also available on the Baleno named – ‘RS’ which is powered by a 998cc, 3-cylinder, Boosterjet, turbocharged petrol engine that produces 102 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque coupled to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Maruti Suzuki’s Nexa has expanded rapidly and has a contribution of over 20% in total sales in 4 years, since its launch. The brand covers 200 cities across the country with over 360 outlets and 9 lakh Nexa customers. The Nexa outlet also associates with Fashion Weeks and Style Workshops for fashionably conscious customers. Nexa has also launched NEXA Music, a music platform for rising artists.
