Maruti Suzuki India Limited has recently inaugurated their 400th Maruti Suzuki Arena outlet in India. The Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom is the brand’s retail store for customers. The Maruti Suzuki Arena network is now present in 278 locations in India. Maruti Suzuki has a total network of 2,940 showrooms in 1,860 locations and the brand has three channels through which it sells the vehicles namely – ARENA, NEXA and Commercial.
In this digital era, research shows that nearly 80% of car buyers choose to research online before going to the showroom to finalise their purchase. Customers can register online with their details, on the Maruti Suzuki Arena website and upon entering the showroom they can just enter their mobile number on the Navigation Portal. The entire product portfolio is available through a large interactive Product Vision touchscreen in the showroom. The cars can also be customized according to one’s personal taste using a car configurator in a dedicated Personalization Zone where customers can combine and pair different accessories.
The relationship managers who are present to assist the buyer are also equipped with tablet computers and can showcase the entire range of Maruti Suzuki products along with each variant for comparison. The information on the tablet computers helps the relationship managers to address the customer’s queries effectively.
