The Maruti Suzuki Fronx gives fierce competition to its competitors in terms of features and has a unique look for Indian consumers. However, it has also given tough competition to Baleno, so much so that it has surpassed the 10-year-old Baleno in sales within a year of its debut.

Fronx, which costs 280,000 more than Baleno, has sold 68,487 units over the last five months (July through November), which is somewhat higher than the latter’s 68,461 units.

In April 2023, Fronx sold 8,784 units in its first month, which is about half of Baleno’s 16,180 units. Sales gradually increased: July (13,220), August (12,164), September (11,455), October (11,357), November (9,867), December (9,692), June (7,991), and May (9,863 units).
