Mahindra Thar Roxx Mocha Grey interiors – Complete details
The latest spy shots of the new Mocha Grey interiors of Thar Roxx have surfaced online. As per an online report published, the new Mocha Grey colour combination is likely to replace the Ivory White shade on the current iteration.
The new colour combo looks good as it gives a sense of luxury and durability, as compared to the rather delicate Ivory White cabin shade which tends to get dirty very quickly.
The Thar Roxx is definitely one of the top-demanded SUVs in India ever since its launch in 2024. However, the top trims were launched with the white colour cabin, which did not receive a positive response from new buyers.
The primary reason for the mixed reviews on the Ivory White shade is its delicacy which is not suited to the off-road character of the SUV. Later, Mahindra introduced an option of Mocha Brown upholstery, of which deliveries started in 2025.
As of now, Mahindra has not officially confirmed that it will replace the Ivory White cabin with the new Mocha Grey colour. But, the rumours are that the Ivory White shade is in less demand and hence the company will eventually discontinue it soon.
Meanwhile, the new Mocha Grey interiors offer a new shade of colour but the rest of the cabin design and features are unchanged. Mind you, the Thar Roxx is available with a petrol and diesel engine option, with prices starting from Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Our verdict
Mahindra’s move to replace the white cabin contrast with the new colour seems to be the right decision. Buyers who prefer Thar Roxx over rivals, are looking for a durable and rough-tough SUV with less maintenance cabin requirements. The new colour is set to fix the issue of the light cabin theme soon.
