Why Is Everyone Talking About XUV700?

XUV500 has always been an eye candy both in terms of looks and performance. And hence, there was a lot of expectation from the XUV700. There were multiple spy shots of the SUV way before the launch that made the hype. As it looked, Mahindra was offering the XUV700 as a better and more equipped version than the current-gen XUV500. And there’s was a clear consensus that Mahindra would price the SUV at a premium.

But, on the launch date, as it happened, there was a huge surprise. When Mahindra announced the starting price of the XUV700 of INR 11.99 lakh, the price felt too good to be true. On the flip side, Mahindra is yet to disclose the price list for its entire XUV700 lineup. And we won’t be surprised if Mahindra continues with its aggressive pricing. We can already anticipate the demand and sales figures for the XUV700. Like the Thar, be ready to expect similar months of waiting for the SUV.
