Mahindra Last Mile Mobility has launched tha all-new e-Alfa Plus electric three wheeler in the Indian market at the price of INR 161,113 ex-showroom. The new electric three wheeler caters to the needs of both urban as well as rural transportation requirements. Thanks to the new full electric last mile delivery transportation option, the three-wheeler will help reduce the carbon emission especially in metro cities.
Mahindra e-Alfa Plus – Powertrain
Powering the Mahindra e-alfa Plus electric three-wheeler is a new 1.95 kW power permanent magnet synchronous electric motor that delivers 26.9 Nm of torque. The power unit is paired to a new 150 Ah Lead Acid battery which claims to deliver over 100 km on a single charge. Thanks to the long range of the electric three wheeler, the drivers will be able to maximise their earnings.
Warranty & Insurance
In addition to this, the brand also revealed that the e-Alfa Plus comes with an 18-Month vehicle, charger and battery warranty. Furthermore, Mahindra is also offering a three-year accidental insurance worth INR 10 Lakh to the driver of the e-Alfa Plus enhancing the safety and security aspect of the electric vehicle as well as peace of mind of ownership.
Colours
The Mahindra Last Mile mobility e-Alfa Plus will be available in five colour options which now includes a new Oceanic Blue colour. Also, the electric three-wheeler comes with a unique closed body design which includes safety features such as advanced braking system.
Availability
Mahindra is offering the e-Alfa Plus in Noida and further revealed that the e-three-wheeler will be available in other states depending on the local government approval for e-rickshaws and karts. The subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra also offers petrol, CNG and diesel last mile mobility solutions in the 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler cargo as well as passenger space. These vehicles include the Mahindra Alfa range of 3-wheelers, Zor Grand and Treo range in the electric mobility segment and the Mahindra Jeeto 4-wheeler.
