2022 Mahindra XUV700: Process behind the bookings & deliveriesĀ

In October 2021, Mahindra stated that it would devise and implement an algorithm-based delivery process for XUV700 customers in India. Mahindra also decided to partner up with one of the top 3 global consulting agencies to smoothen the delivery process. By implementing a combination of various parameters, the automaker aimed to conduct deliveries at the city and dealer levels.

However, the vast amount of orders and the ongoing chip shortage has also caused delayed deliveries of the XUV700. Recently, Mahindra also stated that it is currently implementing processes to streamline and ramp up production to meet the delivery times. The automaker will also ensure to communicate the delivery times of petrol and diesel XUV700’s with customers, based on their dealerships.
