Nissan has just launched the all-new Kicks SUV in India. This new product has arrived to rival the segment benchmark, the Hyundai Creta. The Nissan Kicks is the brands new mid-size SUV, and is a 5-seater front-wheel-drive vehicle. Nissan is calling the Kicks their New Intelligent SUV.
With 210 ground clearance, the Kicks is class-leading highlighting that it is an SUV. With 5.2m turning radius, it is easy to maneuver as well. The Nissan Kicks will also get smartwatch connectivity. For tech, the Kicks comes with a 360-degree, first-in-class surround view display on a floating touchscreen infotainment.
The 2019 Nissan Kicks has been priced at INR 9.55 lakh ex-showroom. The prices mentioned below are introductory:

- Kicks XL Diesel – INR 10.85 lakh

Powering the Nissan Kicks are the familiar engines from the Renault Nissan family. The diesel engine is a 1.5L K9K, 4-cylinder block delivering 20.45 kmpl of mileage. The petrol engine is a 1.5 H4K, 4-cylinder block delivering 14.23 kmpl of mileage. The petrol engine gets a 5-speed manual while the diesel engine gets a 6-speed manual gearbox option. There is no automatic Nissan Kicks variant on offer at the moment.
Features include automatic climate control, dual-airbags, ABS with EBD as standard on all variants. 4 diesel and 2 petrol variants on offer, with a total of 11 body colour options. There will also be a total of 27 accessories for the Nissan Kicks.
The Nissan Kicks will offer 3 year warranty as standard, 3 year 24*7 RSA & 3 year service maintenance for FREE! There will also be a Kicks subscription program starting at as low as INR 11 / km.
Nissan plans to double their sales & service network in the coming 3 years. The brand will also expand to Tier 3-4 markets.
