Automobili Lamborghini has launched the Huracan Evo RWD model in India with prices starting from INR 3.22 crore. This is a 2-seater, hard top supercar with a weight of just 1389 kg. As the name suggests, this variant is a rear-wheel-drive model powered by a naturally aspirated, 5.2L, V10 motor producing 610 HP of power @ 8000 RPM and 560 Nm of torque @ 6500 RPM with dynamic steering. This Huracan Evo RWD has a top whack of 325 kmph and can achieve a 0-100 kmph stint in 3.3 seconds. The brand claims that this Huracan Evo RWD does not focus on lap times, but intends to be a fun drivers car, for the super rich of course.

What’s special about this car apart from the RWD setup is the sound from a naturally aspirated V0 motor. The car claims to be engaging to drive in dry, wet and snow conditions and is equipped with the new Performance Traction Control Syste (P-TCS), this will allow for the driver to demand more torque even while the supercar is in the process of aligning after a drive or side-slip. The Strada mode reduces the rear wheel slip to make sure the car is safe and stable and these modes can be selected via the ANIMA button on the steering wheel. The Sport mode allows drivers to slide the rear wheels for skating while accelerating, for drifting fun obviously. The corner exit traction with the car is now improved by 20% and oversteer has been enhanced by 30%.

The Huracan Evo RWD rides on a hybrid chassis made up of lightweight aluminium and crbon fibre along with thermoplastic resin body structure. With a power-to-weight ratio of 2.28 kg / HP and weight distribution of 40/60 between the front and rear axles, the Huracan Evo RWD promises more fun from behind the wheel. The model rides on 19″ Kari rims with Pirelli P Zero tyres and also have an optional 20″ rims with carbon ceramic brakes.
