What Was The Event Like?

The KTM Pro-XP riders underwent a host of off-road training at the high-altitude Adventure Academy at Nubra. This is located at an altitude of over 10,000 feet. Therefore, the academy gave them the necessary skills to take on the challenges of the tour with ease. The KTM Pro-XPians travelled over 2,300 km traversing diverse terrains like tarmac, hills, sand dunes, dry riverbeds, slush, gravel, mud, river crossing, forests, as well as twisties. The riders also had the support of KTM Adventure experts throughout the event. The KTM riders took up the challenging ride to Umling La, the highest motorable road in the world, at an altitude of over 19,000 feet.

The riders also visited many landmark locations along their route. This includes the Tanglang La, Khardung La, Nubra, Pangong Tso, and Tso Morriri. KTM’s Pro-XP platform is the perfect platform for the owners to discover their biking potential. Moreover, they can also get to know the true capabilities of their KTM machines. KTM’s Great Ladakh Adventure Tour – Season 2 was a massive success. All the KTM Adventure owners who missed this need not worry. KTM has planned a similar ride event for the Northeast.
