KTM recently concluded its 14-day Northeast Adventure Tour. Under the guidance of KTM experts, a group of 20+ KTM Adventure riders took part in this ride. This included some of the most demanding riding challenges at altitudes of over 10,000 feet. The KTM Pro-XP riders first underwent off-road training at the high-altitude Adventure Academy at Zimithang. This is situated at an altitude of over 8,000 feet. This gave them the necessary skills to take on the upcoming challenges of the tour with utmost ease.
The KTM Pro-XPians traveled 2,000 km traversing multiple terrains. This included forests, tarmac, broken tarmac, water crossings, slush, gravel, mud, sand, and twisties. All of this under the able guidance of KTM Adventure experts made the trip even more fun. The KTM riders took up a challenging ride to Bum La pass. This was the highest pass in the trip, located at an altitude of over 15,000 feet. The riders also visited some of the landmark locations like the Tawang, Sela pass, Tenga Valley, Ziro Valley, and Seppa pass.
