KTM is set to elevate the riding experience of its popular Duke 390 with the addition of cruise control. KTM Duke 390 with cruise control
The cruise control system will allow riders to maintain a steady speed without constant throttle input. This feature is particularly beneficial for long highway rides, reducing rider fatigue and improving fuel efficiency. The system is operated via a dedicated switchgear, similar to the one on the 390 Adventure.
New colourway
In addition to cruise control, the 2025 Duke 390 will sport a new Gunmetal Grey color scheme. This tri-tone design combines matte grey, glossy black, and KTM’s signature orange accents. The updated aesthetics aim to enhance the bike’s road presence while maintaining its aggressive styling.
2025 KTM Duke 390 specifications
Mechanically, the Duke 390 remains unchanged. The motorcycleis powered by a 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This engine produces 45.3 bhp and 39 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike retains its advanced features, including ride modes, cornering ABS, motorcycle traction control (MTC), and a quickshifter.
The addition of cruise control positions the Duke 390 as a more versatile option in the 400cc segment. It caters to riders who seek a balance between city commuting and highway touring. While the official pricing is yet to be announced, the updated model is expected to carry a slight premium over the current price of INR 2.95 lakh (ex-showroom).

The introduction of cruise control on the KTM Duke 390 is a welcome update. It enhances the bike’s touring capabilities, making it more appealing to long-distance riders. We look forward to its official launch and rider feedback.
