Kia makes a grand Indian debut, opens 1st dealership in India

Kia Motors has inaugurated their first ever showroom in India. Located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, this grand showroom highlights the brands commitment towards the Indian market. Spread over 12,000 sq.ft., the first car to go on sale from this showroom will be the SP2i SUV which will be a rival to the likes of Hyundai Creta.

Kia Motors has alerady started production of cars at their plant in Andhra Pradesh. The plant was ready ahead of time, and the first car, the SP2i SUV is expected to be launched by mid-2019.

The new dealership has consulting areas, lounge & cafe for customers. The brand has also made space for an exclusive car delivery area. This is not just a sales showroom, but is a 3S facility with Sales, Service and Spares availability.

Developed on Kia’s ‘Red Cube’ concept, this showroom currently displays the global product line-up of Kia cars. Although not all of these will make it to India, it gives potential Kia customers a fair idea of what the brand can deliver.
