With the gradual improvement in the supply chain, the sales are adding momentum to Kia India’s growth. This year, Kia is also outpacing the industry with cumulative growth of 28.4 per cent over 2021. This is much higher than the industry growth of 16 per cent. Furthermore, with the upcoming festive season, Kia aims to improve supplies to give faster deliveries to the customers. Kia is also running the production facility at full capacity from February 2022 with utmost optimisation to ensure minimum wait time.
Customers Centric Initiatives
As a part of its customer-centric approach, the South Korean brand recently organised a nationwide ‘Ownership-Service Camp’. This was for the Kia owners across its dealerships. Under this, Kia aimed to check and maintain the health of Kia cars. This weeklong camp concluded on 27th July 2022, attracting over 30,000 customers.
Recently, Kia has sold 5 Lakh sales milestone in less than 3 years since its start of sales operations in the country. With the July 2022 sales, the total domestic sales figure of the brand now stands at 5,11,219 units.
