Additionally, it has a “1941” decal on the bonnet, which signifies the year when the Willys MB – the military-spec Willys mass-market production began.
Meanwhile, customers also had the option to choose the regular colour contrasts for their ’41 Special Edition Willys Wrangler, which include: Red, White, Black, and Grey.
Jeep has also added electrically retractable side footsteps, new interior grab handles, all-weather floor mats, dash cams for the front and rear, and an array of useful off-road and overlanding accessories.
Customers also had an option to pay Rs 4.65 lakh more and get a Sunrider rooftop and a side ladder with a roof carrier for adventure drives.
Mechanically, the Wrangler Willys ’41 Edition is powered by the same 2.0L engine as the regular Wrangler. It features the trademark 4xe 4WD system as standard, along with all-terrain tyres.
