Jeep India has launched the new Meridian X special edition SUV. Bookings for the Jeep Meridian X are now open at all Jeep India dealerships across the country as well as on the Jeep India website. The new Jeep Meridian X features unique styling cues and custom upgrades differentiating it from the standard Meridian. The brand also revealed that the Jeep Meridian X also comes with top-end accessories.
Jeep Meridian X – What’s New?
The Jeep Meridian X special edition SUV comes with body-coloured lowers and a grey finish roof. The SUV also comes with alloy wheels with grey pockets. The brand reveals that the Meridian X is meticulously designed to turn heads as well as dominate both the urban streets as well as rugged trails.
On the inside, the Jeep Meridian X comes with a number of features such as programmable ambient lighting, air purifier and a dash cam. The Meridian X also comes with puddle lamps, side molding, sun visors and premium carpets. In addition to this, customers can also choose to install the optional rear seat entertainment package on the Meridian X.
Jeep Meridian X – Powertrain
The D-SUV comes powered by a 2.0-litre MultiJet II diesel engine. The engine produces 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque matched to a 9-speed automatic gearbox. Jeep all claims that the Meridian has the fastest acceleration and highest power-to-weight ratio. The brand also claims that the Meridian can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 10.8 seconds and can reach a top speed of 198 kmph. Jeep also offers the Meridian with 4×4 option and the SUV also gets a 6-speed manual transmission.
The Jeep Meridian range starts from INR 29.49 lakhs ex-showroom and the premium SUV is ready for deliveries from Jeep India dealerships.
