Jaguar I-Pace electric SUV will be sold in 3 variants and single powertrain option in India

Jaguar has updated its official Indian website and revealed the specification details on the 100% electric I-Pace that will be launched soon in the Indian market. The Jaguar I-Pace will be available in a single EV400 powertrain variant and comes with three trims – S, SE and HSE. Along with the three trim options, the I-Pace is also offered with 12 exterior colour options – Yulong White, Indus Silver, Fuji White, Santorini Black, Farallon Pearl Black, Caldera Red, Firenze Red, Caesium Blue, Portofino Blue, Borasco Grey, Eiger Grey and Aruba. 

On the base ‘S’ trim the Jaguar I-Pace features LED headlamps 19-inch 5 split-spoke Gloss Dark Grey with contrast Diamond Turned finish alloy wheels, an Interactive Driver Display, a lower touchscreen, Meridian Sound System, an All-new Navigation System, Automatic Map updates, Smartphone Pack, Secure Tracker, 3D Surround Camera​, Driver Condition Monitor​, Cruise Control and Speed Limiter​ and 8-way semi-powered Luxtec sport seats. 

The SE trim gets Premium LED headlights with signature Daytime Running Lights, 12-way grained leather sport seats with memory and all the features from the S trim. The HSE which is the top-spec trim features Matrix LED headlights with signature Daytime Running Lights, Animated Directional Indicators, 16-way Windsor leather sport seats with memory, a more powerful 825 Watt Meridian Surround Soun system, Head-Up Display in addition to the standard features. 

The Jaguar I-Pace is powered by two electric motors one on each axle with a combined output of 400 PS of power and 696 Nm of torque matched to a 90 kWh battery pack that provides a range of 470 km on the WLTP cycle. The I-Pace also comes with an 11kW onboard charger as standard that enables fast charging to customers with three-phase electricity and is ideal for overnight charging. With an AC 7 kW, it takes 8.5 hours to achieve a state of charge from 0-100%. The powertrain can propel the EV from 0-100 kmph in 4.8 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 200 kmph.
