Isuzu sets up new Service Facility in Mumbai

Isuzu Motors is fully geared up to improve the service and customer experience in India. Keeping that in mind, Isuzu Motors India, announces the launch of a new full-fledged service centre of JMD Isuzu in Navi Mumbai. With its modern showroom in Sanpada, Mumbai Maharashtra is one of the important markets of Isuzu Motors and JMD has been one of the key dealer partners of Isuzu Motors for the past 6 years in the state.

The new service centre in Navi Mumbai, equipped with all the modern tools, paint booths, skilled technicians and 7 service bays will look into providing the best-in-class customer satisfaction and service to all the Isuzu customers of that region. The company claims that the region is currently witnessing healthy growth with more and more customers joining the brand. This addition of a new service centre is in tune with Isuzu Motors’ core philosophy of ‘the company that cares’. As of now, the company has dedicated dealer touch-points in over 50 locations across the country.

Current Models On Sale

With the stringent BS-6 norms kicking in, the company currently has two models on sale namely,  Isuzu D-Max Regular Cab and Isuzu D-Max S-Cab. Both the models share a lot of similarities starting from the engine which is a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder common rail VGT diesel motor, the suspension setup comprises double-wishbone with coil spring in the front meanwhile at the rear is a semi-elliptic leaf spring setup. The D-Max Regular Cab is a single cabin pickup whereas the D-Max S-Cab has a 5-seater cabin. There are some additional features in the S-Cab variant which includes, a rear air duct on the floor console, all power windows with auto-down for the driver, a flexible rear seat with a foldable with a 60:40 ratio, a 4-speaker setup with pre-wiring, dual-position tailgate with centre-left type handle and more. Recently, Isuzu Motors announced the price hike on the D-Max Regular Cab and D-Max S-Cab which will cost INR 1,00,000 more post 1st April 2021. The current ex-showroom price starts from INR 8,72,402 for the D-Max Regular Cab whereas the D-Max S-Cab starts from INR 10,70,293.
