INR 1.5 lakh saving on Tata Hexa, INR 50,000 saving on Tata Harrier

With the festive season approaching, Tata Motors has announced mega savings on their range of cars. Up to INR 1.5 lakh can be saved if you wish to buy a Tata car in the coming weeks, and that is quite a big amount. Tata Motors is offering various schemes on the Tiago, Tiago NRG, Tigor, Nexon, Hexa and Harrier models, and this initiative might boost sales a bit in a very difficult time faced by the Indian car industry.

Savings by car model:

Product Benefits in Rupees
Hexa 1,50,000
Nexon 85,000
Tiago 70,000
Tiago NRG 70,000
Tigor 1,15,000
Harrier 50,000

Now the amount mentioned above is not directly a cash discount on all cars, but it is a mix of multiple offers.

For the Tata Hexa, the brand is offering INR 50,000 as cash discount, INR 35,000 as exchange bonus, INR 15,000 as corporate discount and INR 50,000 off on select chassis. For the tata Nexon, the brand is offering INR 25,000 as cash discount, INR 25,000 as exchange bonus, INR 75,000 off for corporates and INR 30,000 reduced on select chassis. For the Tiago, Tata Motors is offering INR 25,000 cash discount, INR 15,000 exchange bonus, INR 5,000 corporate discount and INR 25,000 off on select chassis. For the Tiago NRG, Tata is offering INR 20,000 cash discount, INR 15,000 exchange bonus, INR 5,000 corporate discount and INR 25,000 off on select chassis. For the Tigor compact-sedan, Tata is offering INR 30,000 cash discount, INR 25,000 exchange bonus, INR 12,000 corporate discount and INR 50,000 discount for select chassis.

Tata Motors will also be offering 100% on-road loan / finance for potential customers with EMI starting as low as INR 1,499 / lakh.

Almost every Tata car in every segment is facing stiff competition. The Tiago is getting hit by the new Grand i10 Nios from Hyundai while the Nexon has faced competition from the Hyundai Venue. The Hexa & Harrier are facing the heat from the new MG Hector and Kia Seltos SUVs. The Tiago NRG and Tigor have also been just about decent sellers in their respective segments, nothing exceptional.
