Hyundai & TVS reveal E3W & E4W last mile mobility concepts at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025

Hyundai Motor Company and TVS Motor Company have unveiled their innovative electric three-wheeler (E3W) and micro four-wheeler (E4W) concepts at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. These concepts are designed to address the growing need for last-mile mobility solutions in India.

Hyundai & TVS New Concepts

The E3W is a compact, eco-friendly vehicle designed for urban environments. It features a lift mechanism to navigate waterlogged streets and a 30% longer wheelbase for increased stability. The E3W also includes a flat floor for more legroom and large tyres for a comfortable ride. The vehicle is equipped with a sleek, angular design and customizable greetings on its front display.

The E4W concept focuses on providing a versatile solution for both people and cargo transport. It features a slim instrument cluster, adaptable storage solutions, and a smartphone holder. The E4W also includes a small fan and an umbrella holder for added convenience. The vehicle is designed with a conventional handlebar for easy maneuverability.

Partnership

Sharad Mishra emphasized that the partnership between Hyundai and TVS aims to combine Hyundai’s global expertise with TVS’s deep understanding of mobility solutions to develop innovative products that set new standards in design, engineering, technology, and quality. SangYup Lee highlighted their commitment to designing micro-mobility solutions tailored to India’s unique environment and exploring global opportunities, focusing on local production of the three-wheeler with TVS Motor.

Hyundai & TVS are exploring a potential partnership to manufacture these vehicles. Hyundai will handle the design and development, while TVS will focus on manufacturing and marketing. The collaboration aims to create next-generation micro-mobility solutions that redefine last-mile connectivity in India.
